How can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. These changes include but are not limited to adding/removal of items, billing or shipping address update, order cancellation request and shipping method change. Please verify all information is correct before purchasing.
How can I return my products?
We appreciate all of our customers. All products are made to order and with lots of love. As a result, we urge you to please double check to make sure you are ordering the correct product and size. Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return. Unused products in it's original state can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. We do not offer refunds, however we offer store credit which can be used towards a future purchase. All returns must be submitted through our online returns portal. Customers are responsible for any return cost when shipping returns back to us.
Once your return application is submitted in our online return portal at http://forevermoodclothing.returnscenter.com, it will be in review. After your return is approved, you will receive an email containing instructions for return. Once we receive the returned item(s), it will be inspected for signs of wear and/or damage. If it is determined that the item has been worn or damaged by user, we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we determine you item is in good condition, you will receive an email with store credit information that can be used for future purchase. Please allow up to 10 days business days for your return to be processed.
FINAL SALE / NOT RETURN ELIGIBLE
Sales or discounted purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All flash sale purchases are FINAL SALE as well and cannot be returned.
What if I receive a defective item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at support@forevermoodclothing with a clear picture of the defect if the item is defective or damaged AND the order number. If you have received a defective item, we will gladly replace it. Defective items can be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size within 7 days of delivery. Thank you beautiful person!
How can I exchange my product(s)?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not accepting exchange orders. Please double check to make sure you are ordering the correct product and size. The best method would be to return unused items for store credit then purchase desired item.
